United States Grand Prix Qualifying Results

United States Grand Prix Qualifying gets a surprise winner in Bottas, Vettel joins him on the front row, and Max will give chase from P3. Lewis Hamilton struggles on one of his most successful tracks when he needs results the most to clinch his 6th consecutive world title.

The United States Grand Prix has a Mercedes take pole yet again but it’s not who we thought. The surprise arrow standing on top going in to the US Grand Prix is Valtteri Bottas as his initial run in a very exciting Q3 session held and preliminary pole was confirmed. It’s a good time for Valtteri to step up and take his first pole at The Circuit of the Americas as he needs to win this race in order to keep Lewis from clinching the title. Even with a victory, Hamilton still can clinch with a less than stellar day. And as it currently looks, Hamilton’s pace tomorrow will struggle but an eigth or better gives him his 6th title pending the Fin maintain his pole position standing.
